When one of our own family members fell victim to a pretty nasty cyber scam, resulting in the loss of thousands of dollars and their identity, Raphael Dos Santos and his partner Rene wanted to make sure it would never happen again. Now of course this goal was virtually impossible; the internet is a messy and lawless place of people who say they’re something they’re not.

So what could be done?

Well, with a background in both IT and education, Raphael knew he could make a real difference for those who wanted help. Combining his extensive knowledge of IT and cybersecurity with the patience gained from years of teaching, he is proud to serve Western Massachusetts by providing reliable IT solutions for remote workers, small businesses, and everyday users — our neighbors.
